Yes guys, A statue of Winston Churchill existed in our country back then.
Located in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei in the early 1980s, it was a memorial to pay a tribute to “One of the Greatest Leaders of the World”.
At least that is what the Allied said, but as we peer into history the British has given us more harm than of saftey.
Because of the Brookes, our once mighty country was eaten into pieces and was left what is our small state now.
Brunei’s Sarawak and Sabah, is now part of the Malaysian regime….. FOREVER.
Anyways, The museum in the background was devoted to Churchill.
It now houses Brunei royal regalia and the statue is no longer on display.
Why do you think a historical monument like this was destroyed?
Probably because of our history I guess.
